Having a helluva lot of fun maintaining a fansite for Toyohara and sharing jdrama in general with others. It all teaches me weird things along the way, including the increasing difficulty of getting raws out of Japan forcing me to go into more detailed & demanding means to get them.
Other than watching anything favorite actors are in, I'm generally fond of the mystery/detective genre, enjoy stories tapping into social issues, and have some interest in historicals. I collect way more than I watch, but too many times I've been glad I got something when it was available and I figure there may be a time (or times) when what I can watch is only what I have.
Much more interested in character actors than in idols, but I'm willing to watch & appreciate anyone who can act.
